Two in, two out at Dundalk?

If reports are to believed, Daryl Horgan and Andy Boyle could be set to play their last game for Dundalk in Tel Aviv tomorrow.

The Irish champions travel to Israel knowing that a win could see them progress to the knockout stages of the Europa League

The Lilywhites will be through if they win and AZ do not, or if they have a score draw and AZ lose.

However, it’s being widely reported that both Horgan and Boyle will sign for Championship side Preston North End.

Dundalk have targeted Bray winger Dylan Connolly as a replacement for Horgan, and that the deal to sign Connolly could break the Airtricity League transfer record. The Louth club made an offer of €20,000 last week which was rejected.

The Season Ticket have reported that Stephen Kenny’s side have also agreed a deal to sign St. Patrick’s Athletic centre back Sean Hoare as a replacement for Boyle, citing a source close to the player.

Hoare, 22, was a regular for St. Pat’s last season, and has previously lined out for the Irish u21 international side.

Maccabi Tel Aviv vs Dundalk kicks off at 6pm tomorrow.
