The karaoke dungeon (a karaoke bar under a load of houses, not its real name) and the argentinian steak house by the danube will defo be hit. beer is dirt cheap there - about a euro a scoop. AVOID THE DUBLINER - soviet robocops on the door who were really unfriendly and kicked the crap out of people for singing.

karaoke dungeon night before the game was one of the best nights i ever had a an away game, I will never forget myself and saint tom finding the place and hoarding a pub full of Irish to the underground maddness

Meself and Mick thinking it's the most likely spot. May even do a double header if it's a possibility, like Georgia/Monty last year.

Few positives about Bratislava;

- Botels
- Cheap enough
- There's a nightclub with a slide in the middle of the dancefloor

I'm struggling for more.

Here's a pic from me phone of the mess Billy O'Toole KO'd on the botel

Moscow - easy to get to, all major airlines fly there, should do it for under €300 return no problems, trouble match day last time, but we had a great trip defo going back

Yerevan - a first and cant wait

Bratislava, had a swimming pool in our hotel room, biggest kip of a hotel ever stayed in, never stopped raining till the day of the match but bar 21 was class, just stay well away from the Dubliner. Ryanair have a big base in Bratislava very cheap to get to.

Macedonia - by all accounts great place, loads of ways to get there cheap either via London or from loads of other cities by rail

Barcelona speaks for itself but hope the game is played in Andorra

Bring it on, cant wait

Could be St Peterburg could it not ? - they dont have to tell us until 3 months to the match. Wouldnt make it cheap but would be a bit more geared up for tourists because of the cruise liners.

for those who are planning to go to russia make sure your passport is in date now, because i was in russia in 2000 and my passport when out of date 5 months before i was to travel and the major hassle i had getting a visa you need to have your passport in date 6 months before you go and 6 months after you return.

well thats what it was in 2000, unless its changed...
c'mon you boys in green!

True, 90 days before the match to confirm host venue, how often have Russia played qualifiers outside Moscow?

Wouldnt mind St Petersburg, never been there.
