Anyone with any useful info on Russia, Slovakia, Macedonia, Armenia or Andorra, post here Thumbs%20Up

Personally, i was at the last game in Bratislava and the place was a kip. Ropey ignorant locals, i wouldnt stay there too long. From what i remember there are a few ways to get into the country, Vienna being one obvious one.

Andorra should be easy.

Whereas the other 3......jaysus.

Anyone go to the last games in Russia or Macedonia by any chance???

Enjoyed Bratislava the last time as was right in the centre, must say it was great craic outside the Radisson as the team came out on matchday.
Wouldn't go near the Dubliner.

Best advice is to keep as central as possible and don't get ripped off by the pubs hiking up their prices. And be ready for a beer shortage.

Said it in the other thread, did a bit of googling,  going to need a visa to get into Russia and Armenia, only adding to the cost really.

from the other thread

four hours by car from sofia to skopje (flights are very pricey)
moscow flights for under €250 and yerevan around the €400 mark.

hope they mix it up to allow maximim time between matches to save the funds

Cracking draw. If I go anywhere it will be to Andorra.

Andorra in Barcelona was fantastic last time we were there. You can buy a visa at Yerevan airport on arrival for about $50. Flights to Yerevan on AIR BALTIC will be the best value I reckon. For Skopje, Vienna is the best route.

some bogey away trips - Andorra in Spain is the only easy one, heard nothing good about the last trip to Russia. Armenia looks like an interesting place to go to. And Macedonia must have changed loads since the last disasterous trip
