I'll chip in lads when you are collecting. Can't really help out with the prep while i'm over here in England but I'd help out on the day.

Again though getting the FAI to give over one of the rows of hoardings behind the goal may be impossible

Quality idea with the 4 messages. Simple but effective.  Clap

Some soppy message.

'We Believe....Bring us to the jungle'

Anything and it would look to the bizz. I agree re cards not working. Best thing is mini flags at the sides and a banner in 114. Throw in a message...Maybe a message for Robbie. Alll existing banners up there and a lot of ticker tape lobbed from the top tier.... Job done...

F*ckin hell Green Brigade are unreal...makes you feel a little but like not bothering. By the looks of it, they've 30,000 who might sing. We have about 600 Cry

Love the little bit of aggressive flag waving at the end of the 'no aggressive flag waving' protest LOL

in fairness, 111 sings all game but the rest of the crowd join in here and there (except on euro nights where the place is rocking)
It's something for us to aspire too - obviously a lot tougher for us as we don't have a home game every 2 weeks but the SS is some spot to be in on a match day and it's spreading.

I've been to Parkhead a few times (never old firm or CL) and the atmosphere was dire. Anybody can sign when home to Rangers or Barcelona. We should be setting our sights higher than that

Look at what the SEI (st pats fans) did in landsdowne, we had about 30 flares and smokebombs, you would get in with it easily!

Not sure when you were last there but whilst I could agree some times the atmosphere against run of the mill spl teams has been dire, since the GB have come to the fore (probably 5 or 6 seasons now) this simply is not the case. Without them, certainly the atmoshpere would be dire in these games but they have brought some amazing visiual displays, noise, colour and introduced a whole host of new songs (JCGE was first introduced to british and irish football by the GB).

I take it you didnt bother to even look at the link posted otherwise you'd see the example Beavis was commenting on was a home game against ICT with a far from sell out crowd. The SS would do well to learn from the GB (or other fan groups with experience under there belts in the LOI) and if the singing section can get any way close to matching the impact the GB have had at Celtic Park either visually or in song then they'll be doing just fine. The GB have about 300-400 members I think, so not dis-similiar to the Singing Section.
